Our orders are shipped with Fedex or USPS. Orders over $100 require a signature on delivery so we can ensure parcels are delivered safely and securely.
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping in the US on orders over $100 and a flat $10 fee for all other orders.
Do you ship internationally?
If you live in Australia, New Zealand or the UK, please head to our Australian website to shop. If you live elsewhere and would LOVE to get your hands on our goodies, please shoot us an email at email@example.com and we'll see what we can do!
How long will it take my order to arrive?
We aim to dispatch orders 1-2 business days after ordering, and after that it's all up to your postie! Please note, you may experience shipping delays in peak holiday periods, or if postal services are impacted by extreme weather events or other major events.
The shipping estimates below (from date of dispatch) will give you an idea of when you can expect your TSC goodies to arrive. If you live in a rural area, your order may take slightly longer!

My parcel is taking an awfully long time to arrive...
Damn snail mail! Unfortunately, once a parcel leaves our warehouse there is not much we can do. It is in the hands of our posties and sometimes there can be delays, although they are usually pretty good! Please keep an eye on your tracking or contact the courier/postal service directly to enquire about where your parcel might be.
My tracking says my order has been delivered but I can't find it anywhere!
Orders under $100 do not require a signature on delivery, so it may have been left in a safe place. Sometimes, posties can leave parcels in obscure places, so make sure you've checked everywhere on your property, and even with your neighbours too. If you still can't find your parcel, you can lodge a missing parcel enquiry directly with the courier or postal service. If you're having trouble, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or simply let us know that this is the situation so we can keep an eye on it too!
My order is being returned to sender!
There may have been an issue with your delivery address, and if a package is unable to be delivered, we will contact you to organise a re-delivery at your cost. If this fails you will be refunded the purchase cost but not the shipping charges.
My product arrived faulty/broken
Oh no! We pack our products as securely and safely as possible, but breakages can happen. If your item has arrived broken, please reach out to us at email@example.com with your order number, and photos of the broken item and outside of the parcel with the postage label clearly visible. We can either organise for a replacement to be sent or a refund if you would prefer. If there's a fault with your product, send us an email as well explaining the fault (pictures are helpful too!) and we can organise either a replacement or refund.
I'd like to return/exchange my order
Is your TSC order not quiiiiite what you had in mind? That's okay! We know it can be difficult shopping online sometimes, and don't worry, we can be indecisive sometimes too! If you change your mind, we can organise a store credit or an exchange. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of the order's receipt date. The item/s must be unused and in their original packaging/tags attached. Returns and exchanges are at the customer's own cost, we recommend sending your items back with registered post and tracking. The items must be packaged securely so they arrive back to us in saleable condition. If delivered in damaged condition, we may not be able to accept your exchange or store credit. Your order will also be subject to a restock fee. The Somewhere Co. does not accept returns on sale items.
