Returns
My product arrived faulty/broken
Oh no! We pack our products as securely and safely as possible, but breakages can happen. If your item has arrived broken, please reach out to us at help@thesomewhereco.com with your order number, and photos of the broken item and outside of the parcel with the postage label clearly visible. We can either organise for a replacement to be sent or a refund if you would prefer. If there's a fault with your product, send us an email as well explaining the fault (pictures are helpful too!) and we can organise either a replacement or refund.
I'd like to return/exchange my order
Is your TSC order not quiiiiite what you had in mind? That's okay! We know it can be difficult shopping online sometimes, and don't worry, we can be indecisive sometimes too! If you change your mind, we can organise a store credit or an exchange. Please contact us at help@thesomewhereco.com within 30 days of the order's receipt date. The item/s must be unused and in their original packaging/tags attached. Returns and exchanges are at the customer's own cost, we recommend sending your items back with registered post and tracking. The items must be packaged securely so they arrive back to us in saleable condition. If delivered in damaged condition, we may not be able to accept your exchange or store credit. Your order will also be subject to a restock fee. The Somewhere Co. does not accept returns on sale items.
