The Somewhere Co. SMS Program


By opting in to The Somewhere Co. SMS program, you agree to receive recurring SMS and/or MMS messages from The Somewhere Co. at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include marketing and promotional communications such as product launches, offers, promotions, cart reminders, back-in-stock notifications and other brand updates. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology.

    Your participation in our SMS program is voluntary. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from The Somewhere Co. You must provide consent specifically to receive SMS messages; signing up for email marketing does not automatically subscribe you to SMS. This reflects current US SMS consent guidance.

    You may opt out of The Somewhere Co. SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you may receive a final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive further marketing SMS messages unless you subsequently opt in again.

We will also honour other clear requests to withdraw consent where required by applicable law. FCC rules recognise reasonable methods of revoking consent, and industry guidance specifically recognises STOP as a standard opt-out mechanism.
