What sizes do you offer?

We’ve thoughtfully created a range of sizes to suit most, starting with sizes 6-22 in our debut collection.

Be sure to check out the Size Guide on each product page to find your perfect fit—because who has time for returns when you could be wearing your new TSC pieces?

How do I care for my new threads?

Our designs are made to be forever pieces in your wardrobe.

For care, always check the label on each item. Generally, we recommend a cold wash, gentle cycle, and absolutely no tumble drying. Hang dry your clothes, and they’ll thank you (Mother Earth will, too).

Plus, minimal ironing required—because, let’s face it, who enjoys ironing?

What is the price range?

Our debut collection offers pieces ranging from $169.00 to $229.00.

Every TSC product is thoughtfully designed and crafted from high-quality materials, including 100% cotton and luxurious linen, rayon blends—built to last.

With each stitch and seam carefully considered, these aren’t just items for now—they’re made to last forever.

What is the “No Threads Left Behind” collection?

No Threads Left Behind is our initiative to make every inch of fabric count.

We’re committed to using the end of the fashion roll, minimising waste, and maximising creativity. By employing smarter textile techniques and optimising fabric usage, we're reducing material waste and bringing you more pieces to love.

The item I want is sold out, will it be restocked?

Our pieces are part of limited-edition capsule collections, so once they’re gone, they’re likely gone for good.

However, if there’s enough demand, we might bring them back! Just drop us a message to let us know which item you’re eyeing.

How do I know my size?

We’ve got you covered with a detailed Size Guide comparing AU, UK, and EU sizes, along with product-specific measurements on each page. Your perfect fit awaits!

Orders & Returns

How much is shipping?

We offer free standard shipping in the US on orders over $100 and a flat $9.95 fee for all other orders for standard shipping. We also offer Express Shipping for $14.95. 

How long does shipping take?

During non-sale periods, orders will take 1 to 3 business days to dispatch from our Brisbane, Australia warehouse. During sale periods, orders may take up to 7 days to dispatch due to the influx of orders for our small but mighty warehouse team to process. 

Please note if you select Express shipping, this will express the shipping portion of your order, however your order will still take 1 to 3 business days for processing before dispatch. 

If you have pre-ordered something, please check the product description for the estimated delivery date. If you ordered other items along with your pre-ordered item, we will dispatch them together. 

The shipping times estimated below are business days from the date of dispatch, they will give you an idea of when you can expect your TSC goodies to arrive. If you live in a rural area, your order may take slightly longer!

Standard Shipping: 5-5 business days

Express Shipping: 4-7 business daysPlease note, you may experience shipping delays in peak holiday periods, or if postal services are impacted by extreme weather events or other major events.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email once you place your order. You'll then receive another email once your goodies hit the road, that one will contain your tracking details and a handy link to your tracking. Can't find the email? Make sure to check your junk as we may be hiding in there.

What’s your return policy?

Is your SMWR. order not quite what you had in mind? That's okay! We can organise either an exchange or refund for you, just a few things to note:

  • Items purchased that are not marked as final sale and are discounted less than 30%, can be exchanged or returned within 30 days from delivery, providing the exchanged/ returned items are in unworn, saleable condition with packaging and tags attached
  • Items discounted 30% or more can be returned for store credit only

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we are usually unable to make changes to the order. But will do our very best to update address’ if we can intercept your order before it’s touched by our speedy warehouse team.

If you do need to make a change, please email us with the change as soon as possible and we will try our very best to help! 

Please note if our warehouse team have already begun processing your order (they're a speedy bunch), we may not be able to make any changes.

Please note all address' MUST be in english characters for us to send your order. 

Important note: Import duties, local taxes and local charges are not included in our item prices or shipping charges on our website. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
